Yoram Millman, the Program Director of the Jewish Genealogical Society of Greater Miami (GSGM), will join Congregational Librarian Etta Gold in uncovering some of the many treasures in our Adult Reading Room.
In the heart of our community, it stands as more than just a collection of books – it’s a vibrant center where Jewish heritage comes alive. The Temple Beth Am Adult Library serves as a dynamic hub where past meets present, offering everything from traditional reading spaces to cutting-edge digital resources.
Whether you’re tracing your family roots through our partnership with the JGSGM, or diving into contemporary Jewish and Israeli media, our library stands as a testament to the power of preservation and community connection.
What makes our temple library truly special is its evolution into a modern cultural center that offers so much!
- Enjoy a welcoming reading room for quiet study and reflection.
- Check out any of the books – just fill out a simple form and borrow as many books as you like.
- New addition to our collection: fiction books for adults in Hebrew!
- Go to tbam.org/library and discover a wealth of online resources available to you any time.
- You can enjoy the ARR any time, but Etta Gold is there every Tuesday and Thursday 10 AM-2:30 PM. She can help you find even more treasures, including DVDs and music CDs. Yes, you can borrow those, too!
- Attend our genealogy workshops and discussion groups to help you find and connect to your roots.
